  Their fried banana peppers and biscuit n gravy is the best in Berea. Dinner sides are little bland at times, but overall, good country cooking.

  We were hesitant after reading reviews but decided to give it a try. Sure glad we did! The food, service, and prices were all great. Fried chicken was amongst the best we've ever had. All items included were very good. Bridgette, our waittress, was terrific. Even our checkout host was very friendly and helpful. We would undoubtedly return.

  If the Quality of food continues at this rate, I look for dinner bell to close their doors!! So I've not been to Dinner Bell in years, mainly because the couple of times I had been there, I did not have a good experience. But I decided to try again today. I ordered strawberry pancakes (the berries were advertised fresh and certainly WERE NOT!, out of a can and looked like mushy chicken livers!) and a side a bacon. My bacon came to me in a saucer LITERALLY FLOATING in grease, yuck! Also, my cousin ordered Mac n cheese and we were told they were out for the day ( it was 11am). I do not recommend this joint, this will be my last visit there. Only good thing I can say, is we had a very nice waitress.
